Why We’re Hosting This Virtual Event
As we look ahead to the future of care, we are creating meaningful opportunities for nurses around the world to grow their careers while making a difference in the lives of others.
Through our international recruitment efforts, we connect qualified nurses with roles across our system where they can feel supported, valued and called to serve.
As a direct-hire sponsor, we offer visa sponsorship and walk alongside each nurse through the transition, helping them find not just a role, but a place to belong and thrive.
This virtual event is an opportunity to learn more about joining a team that is committed to compassionate, whole-person care and to building a future where every caregiver can grow with purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is AdventHealth a direct-hire sponsor or an agency?
AdventHealth is a health care system providing direct-hire opportunities throughout our system across nine states. Recruitment, visa sponsorship, relocation and training are all provided directly by AdventHealth.
What if I have not passed the NCLEX-RN licensing exam?
Sponsorship opportunities are available for those who have already passed the NCLEX-RN exam as a requirement for U.S. employer-based visa sponsorship.
Can I be considered if I am not currently working in a hospital setting?
AdventHealth’s goal is to hire nurses into hospital-based positions across the organization and sponsor nurses who are currently in comparable practice settings.
At this time, we do not have sponsorship opportunities for nurses who are not currently working in acute, bedside practice.
If I am selected, do I have to pay anything as part of this process?
AdventHealth does not charge any fees to sponsored candidates. However, as part of the immigration process, candidates will be responsible for some fees, including National Visa Center fees and fees for dependents.
I have a priority date from another U.S. sponsor who released me. Am I eligible for any incentives since I already have a priority date?
AdventHealth will utilize premium processing for registered nurses who have an existing priority date to recapture. This can support faster visa processing times so nurses may reach the United States and begin work sooner than regular processing times.
AdventHealth provides a comprehensive package for registered nurses that includes 60 days of housing and a one-time $2,000 sign-on bonus paid on your first paycheck as an AdventHealth team member.
